I will never cease to be amazed at how these quartzite blocks travelled 300 km, on the back of a glacier, 30,000 years ago, from a mountain in Jasper to a field in Okotoks. #okotokserratic

It’s all mountain grandeur and reflections… until you hit a Rocky Mountain Sheep! (I’m still heart broken as I replace my side mirror assembly). (A trucker stopped and helped the stunned young sheep off the highway… it just stood there in the ditch quivering).

New side mirror installed. Off to wash the Mountain Sheep fur, blood, and hoof marks off of the car now. It’s all still so vivid in my mind.
