After a few months in new house I decided to see how long it takes to walk 🚶🏽‍♂️ to the gym. 💪🏼 Embarrassed 😳 I haven’t done this more often finding out it’s less than 15 minutes. 😂 Left the car there to force me back up this evening for cardio and abs. 🥲🥲 #MondayMotivation

Making the most of the morning 🌅 sunshine ☀️ and stretching the legs. 🚶🏽‍♂️ Much prefer an outdoor walk for my cardio rather than that horrible treadmill. 🙃🥲 Set me up nicely for the rest of today. 👍🏼

We go again.. 🙃 Stuff I ordered was decent but for the sizing a little off.. was a bit snug. 😂 Hopefully this arrives in time for 7s ⚽️ which returns on Thursday night. 🙌🏼

So it’s going to have to be 3rd time lucky for getting a shirt for Thursday Football. 🫠 First order all too small & second order didn’t like the material. 🫣 However, got some decent shorts 🩳 & this training top. Really like the Santos Laguna Green so that’ll be my target. 💚
