McElwain Elementary has received an archery grant from Colorado Parks & Wildlife. The grant provided our school with everything we need to teach the NASP curriculum to 4th & 5th grade. Archery teaches mindfulness and is a lifetime skill that anyone can learn. #FiveStarProud

Feeling appreciated for being gifted this LMNT electrolyte box. This box was a great way to share the importance of electrolytes & their role in properly hydrating our bodies. Our Students loved sampling the different flavors, but CHOCOLATE SALT was the clear favorite. #StaySalty

Finishing up the year with a couple brand new units, Archery & Rollerblades. Shoutout to the Five Star Schools staff who helped with the grant & logistics. These units are always fun to teach because students struggle early on but feel more accomplished with every lesson. #FiveStarProud
