On Wednesday 13th March I had an invitation to Newcastle Airport Fire Station where I was given a tour of the station and equipment. Mark Nasser met me at station and gave me an insight into airport fire fighting. Met Scott and a few of the crew. Had a great day.

On Thursday 17t March I reached the age of 75, just another birthday with the usual happening. Then around 11.30 am a Fire Truck and Crew from Yankee turned up at my home. This made a good day the best, Thank you TWFRS, for making this birthday so very special.
