Big news!! I can finally officially announce that a few weeks ago, ALLOX ALLOX was co-founded by the brilliant André Faure Andre Faure @[email protected] , Pablo Baeza Pablo Baeza Centurion , Ben Lehner Ben Lehner , and myself, who will be stepping in as CEO of the company.

We recently wrote up a short paper on inferring structural causal models from large-scale intervention data (eg Perturb-seq): biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh…. Our approach handles cyclic graphs with confounding, is very fast, and assumes a relatively weak intervention model (1/5)

New approach to PheWAS - simultaneously test for association to index variant *and* that association isn't due to LD with neighbouring variant.

Let's talk #osteoporosis . Impacting nearly 10M Americans, this bone disease is characterized by decreased bone mineral density (BMD) and has limited therapies. To deepen our understanding and inform potential therapies we performed a large-scale study with UK Biobank.
