Blessing and distribution of ashes for Ash Wednesday at 8am & 10am masses in St. Clare’s and 7pm in Holy Cross @G_KParish May this lent be a time of real renewal for all of us and for our church.

A group of third year students from St. Leo's College visit @StClaresKitchen today as part of their Junior Cert course.

This week, as church we celebrate “Good Shepherd Sunday”. As a priest, for almost 20 yrs. I constantly reflect why literally we seem to be terminally ill in terms of recruitment. Then I think of gender, celibacy, alienation of the margins...humbly I understand why....

We would like to wish our Secretary Sarah Feehan the very best on her final day at St. Fiacc's. Our loss is Kilkenny's gain!

My first trip away in almost two years was always going to be a visit to Lourdes to thank Jesus and Our Lady for all who, through their ministry have kept our parish vibrant and alive during the pandemic. Praying also for all the intentions of our parishioners. @G_KParish
