反応性イオンエッチングに向けた予備実験❗️ R32ガスを少量注入しつつ、DCマグネトロンスパッタリングによるプラズマ処理をやってみてる ガラスの表面改質はできてそうだけど、エッチングは難しそう…RFプラズマじゃないとダメなのかなー🐈
