First & last time ever flying Qatar Airways First & Biz class tickets & the assistance in fixing their OWN clear mistake is atrocious here in #Doha Makes me NEVER want to Visit Qatar

Evidently Qatar Airways makes even 1st class passengers wait 10 hours in the transit area while “managers” pass the buck over & over from shift 2 shift trying to “fix” their admitted mistake. No one should ever Visit Qatar until Qatar Airways Support comes into the 21st century.

The whole purpose of flying Qatar Airways was to Visit Qatar on stopover and Qatar Airways Support (contact center) completely screwed up my ticket by mistake (which they admitted after investigation). This airline’s severe mismanagement is screwing the image of #Qatar .

The severe mismanagement at Qatar Airways is damaging the hard work of others trying to improve the image of #Qatar No one wants to Visit Qatar when #QatarAirways and Qatar Airways Support are causing so many problems for the #Qatar2023 target audience and customers. 🙅🏻‍♂️🚩🚩🚩⛔️
