Today, an innocent woman who was arrested and jailed for 3 days in a case of mistaken identity filed a federal lawsuit against Broward County, Florida, and its sheriff’s deputies over her arrest. Watch the press conference:

True story… As a 3rd year law student I got a ticket on I-77 coming down out of the 2nd tunnel near Wytheville. I was polite and cooperative. Then showed at the court date and then told the judge and prosecutor I was a law student, and asked (politely) for a speed reduction.
