Step 2: To find your window to the rim, place your off hand on the ball. Focus on shooting the ball THROUGH your off hand, not WITH it. If you're getting good spin, you're holding it correctly! Practice this against a wall without aiming for the basket. tinyurl.com/4xdmr3yk

On lighter days, our shooters would spend a few minutes on this drill while seated. It's essential for finding the middle of the ball without looking. Trust me, you won't hit the ceiling or break your mom's lamps (I did!) 👀 tinyurl.com/4xdmr3yk
