This is my revenue. 12 years, 5 businesses and countless hours trying to build something better. Changing course from lucrative but stressful project based work to subscription models was painful and slow - but worth the struggle. Never too late to build something better.

Half baked Shopify App idea. Flux. A dynamic pricing app that moves with demand and time to maximize margins. 1) Raise prices as stock runs low (Velocity Mode) 2) Lower prices to move slow sellers (Dutch Mode) Flights, hotels, tickets, even flower auctions use dynamic pricing

Bought another shopify app for 2.4X arr. It's one of the healthiest businesses I've seen in a while and I've done diligence on at least a hundred apps. A few years ago this would have gone for 4x easy.
