I really enjoyed spending the afternoon with international leaders and Dr. Derrick Gay thinking about inclusion and shifting the conversation from diversity to intercultural competency.

Our ASB Elementary school community has been learning about how our brains work differently and most importantly learning from the voices of our neurodivergent students.

Just wrapped up teaching a #leadinclusion course on #MTSS. What an incredible group of EARCOS educators! We launched & ended on the inspiring words of Cornelius Minor "To be included means we have changed ourselves and our practices to make 'here' a place where you can thrive."
