Absolutely disgusting that any tenant ever has to be out of pocket for repairs or renewals. Negligent landlord that only just discovered that was happening. You'll just reimburse them? What about compensating them for the suffering you have caused them?

It is with a heavy heart we share the news that HammersmithLawCentre solicitor, Simon Mullings, has died. Simon embodied everything it meant to be a Law Centre lawyer. He was adored by his colleagues and his friends. His untimely death is a huge loss to us all.
