FWIW. I tend to lean towards statcast being more accurate than the wonky TV shown zones, but I understand why the Padres were mad. It's a huge moment and a tough call to go against you. I'd be mad if roles were reversed

I'm not mad at it. Said this on the last .Cubs On Tap show. He only threw 58 pitches and with the off day, it is only one day short of rest, so I really thought this was a good possibility. I don't think it's a bad call if he feels good but we'll see
