Today at @pepplaw we’re hosting a number of promising junior legal scholars from SoCal law schools. We’re glad to be breathing new life into the Southern California Junior Scholars workshop, which had been dormant for several years.

I really enjoyed this conversation between two of my mentors. Like Charles Barzun and so many others, I was Professor Howard’s research assistant as a law student. He is such a treasure.

I had a great time chatting with Eric Feigin and Dan Epps about Criminal Law at the Supreme Court during Pepperdine Law Review’s symposium last week. Many thanks to both for making the trip to Malibu.
