Negative emotions bring about negative consequences. Just as we learn how helpful love & compassion can be, we must also understand that anger, pride, jealousy & arrogance can be detrimental. Always choose to respond positively. It will have a huge impact on your life.

I haven’t been on here in a while but I’m sad as fuck today. I’ve been grieving a lot. I’ve been hurting a lot but some of the losses that I’ve been grieving are because of my own faults and I take full responsibility for it.

I know I’m not alone in the way that I feel But some days it’s hard. I can’t help but feel like a piece of shit. No matter how much I try and make myself feel better about the things I’ve been through I get stuck in the Time Machine of what I could’ve done better in the past.

I’ve just been going through it. Some days are better than others but I still live with my mistakes and what I could’ve done differently. I question myself as a person a lot. As much as people think I’m a good person I make my mistakes.

Im just hoping that time helps me heal. I’m trying to get better everyday. I’m trying to be better for not only myself but the people that care about me.

I hope you guys take time for yourself and think about the people that you love. Family, friends, romantic partners and realize that tomorrow with them isn’t guaranteed.

Show gratitude to who and what you love because it’s here today and gone tomorrow.
