This is a goal that’s been in the works for a long time. So grateful for the boldness & out-of-the-box thinking from @RayBoyd007 & ✨Rachael Lehr✨ at Dayton Primary School as we used #LEGOSeriousPlay to get to know the people behind the job applications for their foundation teaching roles.

My favourite part of today’s Lego Serious Play recruitment session, facilitated by the amazing Joel Birch (Parody Account), is the way I‘ve been able to spend the afternoon watching the videos loaded to Padlet sharing every teacher’s answers to our 3 BIG questions about teaching at @daytonps 🤩
