Well that's a actual 1st, just gone to take my #ADHD meds a 54mg n 18mg SR concerta n the 54 just dropped out me gob straight into my coffee I think I got it out in time b4 the SR layer started to break down/whatever it does if not I'm getting 54mg in 1 hit 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️
