This is about creating two tiered healthcare. People will be forced to pay up if they want better healthcare and palliative care which is already heavily reliant on charitable funding will be a sacrifice at a time when the population is getting older and more frail.

I’m not against AD in principle and remain so But I have serious concerns about how this bill fails to provide sufficient safeguards for those at risk of harm I was at a debate this week with someone high up in DiD (I hadn’t realised until I arrived as I was covering as a favour
