This is taking "Science" (Les Spellman credited) of getting from A to B as fast as possible (Speed for example) and adding "Art" with it. Art is up for interpretation, Science is not. Both must be learned.

This drill is performed by one of the best route runners in the NFL. Ran a legit 4.5 Laser at Indy (faster than people thought, credit to GRoGL SHREDmill). But this IS NOT ONLY a Wr drill. Imagine every field sport athlete being able to do this (our court sport).
