The Everton Appeal Panel upheld Everton EFCs point and agreed that “Everton had acted in good faith” Everton agreed 3 points for the breach and 3 points for the amount breached. This being the case Everton’s latest PL investigation should be immediately conclude and not drag on.

As the 777 Partners’ takeover has now entered its 23rd week of the supposed 12-week approval process together with the appeal silence clearly shows the power arrogance disrespect and discrimination being shown towards Everton FC and Fans by Richard Masters and the Premier league.

It is inconceivable that the 3 member panel reviewing the Premier Leagues decision to deduct 10 points from Everton EFC have not reached a conclusion. We can therefore conclude that they are colluding with the PL allowing the uncertainty & damage to continue. #decisionnow
