I’m disgusted Norwegian Cruise Line have significantly reduced children’s facilities on board the Star and simply send out a note to customers saying it is an enhancement....to who exactly? Certainly not families. Booked through @VirginHolidays so hope they help

Seems like it is standard practice now for British Airways to land at Heathrow then wait on the tarmac for ages whilst they find a gate to park in with staff. Every flight this year has been the same
Turns out British Airways social media team don’t help customers. Instead they take all the details over numerous emails then tell you at the end to write a physical letter to another team. Disappointing the social team is just there for them to look good and waste people’s time
Our family had a very disappointing afternoon tea at Marco Pierre White’s @Bardolino_Bham 1. Dirty tables 2. Baby change facility/disabled toilet was being used as a store cupboard 3. Poor service 4. Minimal food. Would not recommend. Terrible experience Marco Pierre White MPW Birmingham
