The West needs to declare 3 things:
1. Ukraine must WIN the war against Russia!
2. Russia must be DEFEATED!
3. Ukraine is entitled to hit all military & strategic targets in Russia.

I have just finished another set of incredibly difficult weekend nights as the A&E consultant incharge.

Some thoughts:

The NHS no longer provides unscheduled care - we provide treatment. Care is with dignity - that's impossible for our patients in corridors.

My patients could be referred & see a neurologist within 6 weeks

The waiting time in our area is now upto 3 years!

If you want to know why we have a chaotic, dysfunctional asylum system instead of safe routes - this is why.

There's a lot of people who get very, very rich from providing all those 'deterrents' and 'controls'.

This is actually meaningless.

Word salads used to justify the scope creep of an assistant role to replace actual medically trained doctors.

This is why I am concerned that the Wes Streeting MP #NHS plan, as currently explained, is really missing a beat.

This is Lord Rothermere the Daily Mail Owner.
