I undertook this 3 day course in February and found it extremely useful - highly recommended

it's so encouraging to see a such a small, dynamic organisation do such good work, get serious about assessing their impact, and then share their learning about how to do that

and an excellent report bringing together about some great thinking about what measuring impact means in practice

How to really listen to parents and provide them with the support they need

Such an important reminder that we need to start where people are at and use language that makes sense to them
