After today with Sutter Health and Anthem Blue Cross im left to my own means of self-medicating as they way they do things promote self-medicating rather than actually providing care. hoop after hoop after hoop and still get burned

despiting a well know psych referring me to sleep study because of the severe lack of sleep and it affecting/jeopardizing my health and safety. Anthem Blue Cross and Sutter Health just have me jumping through more hoops GOT TO LOVE IT.
