In one of the most cowardly acts to-date the MSU Broad Art Museum museum has cancelled the opening of our exhibition #DiasporicCollage (the opening party today was for 3 simultaneous shows). Apparently, during the set up for the party the interim & deputy directors claimed 🧵
This past week has been intense for us at The Haitian Times. Threats, a canceled gathering, and our editor being swatted—yet we’re standing strong. Grateful for the support from journalists and leaders. We’ll continue covering Springfield and shining a light on anti-Haitian hate.
