I am thrilled to report a cool method for transgene-free plant genome editing in the T0 generation led by Drs. Xiaoen Huang and Hongge Jia. It is particularly useful for transgene-free genome editing of vegetatively propagated and perennial plant species. nature.com/articles/s4147….
