1) Many of you know my Beloved is a physician on the frontlines in NYC. While masks are aplenty, healthcare workers are lacking washable, cotton gowns. Instead, they are having to reuse disposable ones. Calling all people who sew to donate their time and skills to make these.

Thanks Brian Williams for a brief respite from planning next week's distance learning lessons to check out the window for the pink moon! A welcomed distraction.

Looking for some help John Grogan! I'm a 5th grade literacy teacher searching for an online or pdf version of Marley, A Dog Like No Other for an upcoming memoir unit. The book is amazing! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Trying to think outside the box.

BREAKING: Our public schools will remain closed through at least Friday, May 15th. We need to be guided by where the facts on the ground, science, and public health take us. That means it will not be safe to reopen our schools for at least another four weeks.

Thank you Holly Goldberg Sloan! As a 5th grade ELA teacher in NJ it's been a long, strange year (since Mar 13th). Fortunately Willow Chance and her "family" helped my students see the importance of adapting and finding love, joy & growth opportunities in unique ways. CB7s saved us!
