This year I will be cycling between Croke Park in Dublin to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London between the two Vikings games. I will be doing this for Mind and completely solo. Mental health still has a huge stigma attached to it Mind is trying to help change that.

Over did it this weekend with both playing football and hitting the gym. I remember when I used to say, "Over did it this weekend." Meant to had gotten super drunk.
