To CNN -the guy doing the test is already fit/an ideal weight - not true of all kids & yes -should’ve had sneakers on. Cant compare adult performance 2 appropriate measures for school-aged children. Their muscle strength, lung capacity etc. Get the REAL story from SHAPE America
