The grocery store is full of men alone and its the most chaotic thing ive ever seen.

Dont mean to be alarmist but every single person Ive talked to in the past 24 hours has gotten to the point where they can’t even pay their rent anymore.

I hate the whole “the cavalry isn’t coming. The only person saving you is you” thing. That’s advice from ppl that grew up w/support. If you didnt - you feel alone ALL THE TIME & you actually need to hear that it’s a benevolent universe that provides if you remain calm 🙏💗🌟

Ive gotten rid of 2 managers & yet Im in post on my first feature (writing/directing) & working w/a major producer on a script (thanks to an intro from Finish Line 💜) Not even looking for a manager…

Ive been going thru a prolonged divorce (married 27 years) that’s like dragging a dead horse thru quicksand. Spending time on meditation/manifesting. And my computer crashed w/no backup. So i lost all my files. Which kind of feels like erasing my past… Not really mad about it.

I made good connections from wins. If you dont have a serious chance of winning, no. But then again, how useful is the lottery and people buy tickets anyway?

As I see it, the benefit you get from any win or service is ACCESS. (And I dont mean you pay to meet w/people - please dont do that) People that can green-light or move a project forward are what matters. Not laurels or awards. Winning can get u access. The rest is up to you.
