We present projective oblique plane structured illumination microscopy (POPSIM): nature.com/articles/s4430… POPSIM allows imaging of an entire cell under structured illumination using nine 2D projections, and as such presents a rapid alternative to conventional 3D stacking in SIM.

The uropod of the amoeba Chaos is labeled by microinjecting Lifeact-GFP2 protein. The #AIRR Single Objective Light Sheet by Alfred Millett-Sikking and the team at Calico is a game changer for depth and speed! We imaged approx. 250x320x100um^3 volumes in <1s using a 40x 0.95 NA objective.
