Would you rather: 1 - eat less and feel hungry often (lower calorie intake) OR 2 - eat when you want (healthy/clean food) and get active (burn more calories) For me its #2. I hate feeling hungry and depriving myself. Plus eating and being active make me feel better overall.

When you encounter a grumpy or rude service person (barista, flight attendant, etc.) - do get irritated? I used to. Then I switched to trying to get them to smile- even a small one. Not in an annoying over-the-top way - just subtle. Game changer! My mood remains in my
