Today Meeting of the Nodal Officers of various Deptt’s was called by Ms Rehana Batul IAS Commr/Secretary Public Grievances at Civil Secretariat, Jammu to pursue the disposal of grievances.The Nodal Officers have been asked to ensure qualitative and expeditious disposal.

Directed officials to ensure fairness, objectiveness and speed with transparent mechanism to address public grievances during LG’s Mulaqaat. DCs to monitor complaints & handling of grievances and delivery of services in subordinate offices.

Interacted with people & heard their grievances during "LG’s Mulaqaat" earlier today. Our prime objective is quality grievance disposal, constant monitoring of service delivery mechanism, ensuring accountability for welfare and progress of the common man.

JKIGRAMS complaint mechanism is serving a range of objectives including feedback on the quality of services and strengthening transparency, integrity and accountability in the system to respond to people's needs.

In LG's Mulaqaat today, interacted with the citizens who had submitted their grievances on JKIGRAMS portal. It is our firm resolve to address public complaints in time-bound manner and speedily bring about change for all round progress.

Interacted with the people through LG's Mulaqaat online platform earlier today and heard their grievances. Timely redressal of citizen's complaint is our top priority and LG's Mulaqaat is an effective medium to achieve this objective.

Chaired LG's Mulaqaat to interact with citizens, to address their grievances and to ensure time-bound delivery of key public services such as health, education & social welfare. Admin machinery in J&K has been made more responsive & efficient in meeting the needs of the masses.
