Has there been any analysis to say this is what people are experiencing with their butter? Seems like kind of a witch hunt without data to say so.

And there you have it folks - it’s not about which countries use palm oil, or the food chemistry of additives, or animal welfare, or the processing techniques that have been employed pre AND post August 2020 - it’s just a quest to tear down dairy politics!

Dal Ag Campus I encourage Mitch Cormier CBC P.E.I. & any others who have entertained unfounded, unscientific buttergate conversations with the likes of The Food Professor to reach out to actual experts like Daniel. We need to ensure accurate information is shared with consumers. Bloyce Thompson

A terrific letter by Bryan Maynard of Farmboys Inc. on positivity versus negativity and how farmers are portrayed in public discourse in PEI, co-signed by a number of Island farm families. This appeared in the April 21, 2021 edition of the The Guardian

When #NSAC became Dal Ag Campus the Alumni dedicated a bench to remind all us our past. The bench is located in a prominent location on the Cobequid Trail on the river side of Jenkins Hall. This evening 2 of us Alumni took on a project to tidy up the bench. #before #after

Land meant to grow food and feed Canadians is more precious than gold. Building homes on the #GreenBelt is based on political favours not common sense. No country can be rich & feed itself if it gives its most valuable land for agrifood to developers. The definition of greed.

As a dairy farmer, I want to set the record straight that we aren’t recieving $300000 a year from the govt in Trade Compensation. Very dangerous someone with such a platform is committed to spreading such disinformation. This is pattern unfortunately from this source.

Unfortunately the Food Professor at Dalhousie University is determined to pit consumers against farmers. Very disappointing to see when so much bridge building could be done in such a position.
