BATMAN: RESURRECTION releases one month from today, on Oct. 15. Here's my just-announced event schedule, which includes Chicago, New York, Minneapolis, and my home base in Wisconsin. #BatmanResurrection

Our first excerpt for #BatmanResurrections arrives - along with it, the reveal of a new character - Basil Karlo aka "Clayface" Author John Jackson Miller did *masterful* work bringing Karlo's tragedy seamlessly into the Batman 89 universe. polygon.com/books/451732/b…

For the evening crowd, the first BATMAN: RESURRECTION excerpt is online at Polygon. Spoiler-free, it's the closest excerpt we could find that works like a movie trailer: Batman in action, an Alfred assist, and a villain reveal. Just add music!

Very lucky to have seen this series at the exact age at which I would think it was the coolest thing on TV. Enjoyed writing the 40th anniversary graphic novel for it for DynamiteComics a few years back.

Back when the "jump the shark" website was a thing, WKRP was on the short list of shows site visitors agreed had never jumped. Every season of the original run is strong. (The years-later continuation was considered a different show for their purposes.)
