Balloon assisted cholangioscopy - A small CBD stone on flouro . On🎈extraction, stone was not seen endoscopically. To reconfirm that the stone has definitely passed out and not wedged in the lower duct, inflate the 🎈 at the opening and tip up and assess the duct through the 🎈

Advanced cannulation day at Stafford. We deep dive and deconstruct/verbalise steps to achieve linear incision and layer by layer dissection of ampulla ( bloodless fistulotomy to a greater extent!) #GItwitter
