Sorry....I do have a fundamental problem with a character who has been passively and actively suicidal throughout the run of a show dying after coming to terms with his past and choosing to keep fighting & living. It's tired, rote, and dangerous to those who are struggling.

I'll say it again. A character who has been passively and actively suicidal on screen dying especially not long afterchoosing to fight and live is detrimental to those suffering. This is dangerous storytelling with actually physical impacts. Do better Tim Minear.

Your need for a creative swing doesn't absolve you of your duty to not cause harm as a story teller. A suicidal character dying after choosing to fight is harmful. "Borrowed time" is harmful. Tim linear you caused harm. And not emotional, I'm talking physical.

Sacrificing a suicidal character in order to "change everything" is lazy, weak, and cliche. Not to mention actively harmful to those struggling with suicidal ideation. And the ego of standing in an artistic decision that perpetuates harm is astounding.

GoT has irreparably destroyed tv storytelling. There is nothing creative about using a character death to shake up the story. 911 just lost another aspect of what made it unique in the TV landscape.

Maddie and Eddie haven't had a scene together. Bobby and Maddie haven't either. When was the last Athena and Eddie/Chimney storyline together. How are we at the stage of killing off a main to shake it up when some of your main characters haven't even spoken to each other?
