A wonderful event today to honor our 2024 UHM COEAA Distinguished Alumnus. Glenn Furuya received his BEd and MEd from UHM COE, taught special education at Hilo Int. & Hilo High, then pivoted to focus on leadership & formed Leadership Works. He is an inspiration! UHM College of Education
What a pleasure to share about my love for teaching with UHM College of Education students in the “Leadership in Education” class with Dr. Scott Robinson. I hope I inspired them to give teaching a try. They were responsive and asked good questions. #leadingwithaloha
