Welp...Merry Christmas to me! The "problem" is that I think I'm going to need to put some built-in shelves in the office to house the collection properly (I think this would be my 12th or 13th UCS set...not including the Master Builders sets like Bespin and the Cantina).

All of this. Plus realize there's a little "something something" extra for the tax man here as the top tier for Land Transfer Tax kicks in at $400K. Meaning, the gov takes a 2% vig on every dollar in selling price above that level...higher prices equals more tax revenue! So

Eating dinner in the food court attached to the casino where we’re seeing Frank Turner for Lost Evenings Night 3. Gentleman approaches our table and says, “I lost all my money…would you buy my sunglasses?” and proffers said glasses. Seriously, WTF? Like, dude, maybe go home?

Not sure I agree with Garth that demand remains “tepid”. We had six houses for sale near us, some sitting for months and with one or two price cuts already. All of a sudden, four of the six sold over a week long period. Still, the takeaway is spot on. Lot of demand stimulus
