The only reason LTNs are kept must be purely financial as it has nothing to do with improving air quality if you for example on or off the Sth Circular. Everyone knows it and if your pockets are deep and you can afford it a judge will also come to the same conclusion.

There has to be a law if residents can show the harm to health of children it must be removed. If residents want private rds they can move but they know they’ll have to pay. How can anyone see this & believe it’s acceptable after Ella’s inquest that proved damage to young lungs?
