It's a good job I like to keep my emails organised, because Newcastle Theatre Royal have gone from not sending my e-ticket at all, to sending one a year in advance!

I'm at the theatre and at least half of the people currently in their seats aren't wearing masks. I just overheard someone say you don't need to wear masks at your seat. I'm at this show cos the one I'd originally booked was forced to cancel cos of covid. Not hard to see why 😡

How come, sometimes Newcastle Theatre Royal let you know when the front row has changed (ie. rows back in), and sometimes they don't? Just discovered it looks like I'm now 3 rows back instead of front row for a show and it's a bit annoying really. What's the point of advanced booking?

Can announcements before shows please become the norm? Especially that musicals aren't sing along? I would've enjoyed the show today even more if not for the bad karaoke next to me. Just because you know the words (although he actually didn't), doesn't mean you should be singing.

Went to see the wonderful Oklahoma Young Vic on Saturday. Only just realised I prepaid for a programme and then paid for one on Saturday anyway 🤦‍♀️#idiot

Saw the final performance of Dear Evan Hansen London Fans last night. What a wonderful, emotional send off to a great show. Don't know how you all got through it so brilliantly.

Not impressed at all with the customer service from Stagecoach NorthEast. Waited 2 weeks (so far) for a manager to be in touch.
