To the residents affected by the floods, I want to convey this message directly to you: The City hasn't done anything for you. The Mayor hasn't allocated any dollars in his proposed draft budget. You should vote the guy out of office.

The County of San Diego received $19 million from the Federal Government for a migrant processing center. Just now, I voted against this effort as I don't believe it addresses the real issue of safety and security in our region. By accepting these dollars, we are aiding the

It's been over 25 years since San Diego was the busiest border sector in the country, but now, due to state policies and the federal government, thousands enter our region every day.

Since October 1st, the San Diego sector has had 214,855 encounters, including over 37,000 street releases. This doesn't account for the frequent occurrences of boats washing ashore, averaging three to four incidents weekly.

This is a crisis and it's imperative everyone knows

This is by far the most dangerous part of the broken immigration system. The asylum process is broken, and minimal vetting is being done, which is concerning. But, the more significant issue is those being undetected and vanishing once they enter the country.

The government is not protecting its citizens and instead is allowing the potential for a crisis to happen. We don't know who is coming into our country and what their background is.

San Diego County is the leading border sector for the first time since October 1999. California is the path of least resistance, and we are seeing it on full display, with over 8,000 encounters last week.

San Diego led the nation in border crossings last week. The last time this happened was in October 1999. We expect these numbers to continue increasing.

For the first time since the late 1990s, San Diego is the top region in the country for border encounters.

The last time the region outpaced the rest of the country’s nine southern border regions for a month was October 1999.

San Diego is the new epicenter for migrants and illegal immigration.

Yesterday alone, Border Patrol apprehended 2,000 illegal border crossers within the San Diego sector, including 206 Chinese nationals. This surge in illegal crossings has propelled San Diego to the unfortunate

Check out these insane numbers. I’ll say it again, California encourages the chaos and it’s only getting worse.
