WWTW supports #veterans and their families. Our #CareCoordination team recently facilitated a family trip to the zoo for one of our clients and obtained a new bicycle for their child. Because those who serve deserve.

Our #CareCoordination team provides wrap-around support for #veterans. In just 12 weeks, a #veteran client was supported after detoxing with groceries and assistance with benefits - they are now in a better place, engaging with social groups and attending university.

A massive thank you to Speke House, who went above and beyond recently for a #veteran we support, making them feel welcome when they moved into the property 🏠

In August, our Quick Reaction Fund helped us to secure: 4 food shops🛒 3 essential travel tickets 🚌 1 emergency accommodation payment 🏠 for our #veteran clients.
