We went to look for T cell specific responses in autoimmunity, but found NK cells instead. We studied aplastic anemia, one of the best characterized CD8+ T cell mediated AIDs with >200 samples with scRNA-seq, TCRseq, machine-learning; dig into the tweetorial below (or Zenodo)!
