10.1 I think that the use of social media by a political candidate makes an impact on my voting decision. When I see a political candidate promoting something on social media that I want and agree with I am more likely to vote for them. #GNED1411

10.2 I do not fall into the Citizen 2.0 category. I do use social media to look at political information but I do not use social media to express my views and opinions with other voters. #GNED1411

10.3 I think social media shaped the 2019 Canadian Federal election in a big way. More political candidates used social media to connect with voters. This also made it easier for young people to see what was going on during the election. #GNED1411

12.1 I think social media is effective at supporting activism and advocacy. Social Media is world wide therefore people are able to reach a wider audience. I have been moved to support a cause through social media such as donating and retweeting/reposting. #GNED1411

13.2 Social media can be used in Education by using it for online classes like this one. Getting people to interact with each other even though they will never meet. I believe classrooms should start giving the option to use social media for their participation mark. #GNED1411

13.3 Social media can be more of a distraction in the classroom. I think it should only be used for homework to continue the discussion from class and online classes to get people that don't know each other to talk and express their ideas. #GNED1411

14.1 I think social media will become even more easier to post and share one. I also think it will be used more by all generations, not just the younger generation. They will probably find a way to make it more useful for everyone. #GNED1411
