Took Air India flight after avoiding it for 15+ years of gap. Tata management has done nothing different for efficiency and customer service. Terrible seats which were cracked and dirty on premium JFK-DEL route. Misplaced all luggage, being lied by customer service . #Airindia

@citibank, received new Strata card yesterday, I have called customer service 3 times already to verify my identity in US. Terrible customer service and lack of care for new and existing customers. Sorry to have applied for credit card with Citibank . CSR leaving on hold.
