Yes, at that map spot, most missed shots are out of range for Aim Assist. Infinite Warfare's AA cut-off was ~30m for ARs, as tested by TheXclusiveAce. Extended to 200m since MW '19. + Example of Rotational AA looking very familiar when in range :)
