Earlier this year, I was pretty ready to be done teaching. That has since changed. The difference is that, though the problems still exist, I've also become intentional about noticing the good. If you want to give it a shot, here's a challenge for March.

Why can’t we have a 4-day week for the students, then a whole day for teachers to plan, collaborate, etc? I feel like it’s a no brainer but no one wants to pull the trigger.
