Today, I was awarded Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences Outstanding Book Award for #InvisibleMothers w/ @UCPress. What most don't know: 3dys ago, we buried my grandma-in-law who lived with us. Behind these accomplishments, there is a lot of pain & perseverance! Big Mama, this award is for you! 🙏🏾💙
